We are moving to a 4 day week
Why are we making this change?
TheGivingMachine is a charity who care about the health and welfare of all who work with us.
Our team members welfare is a vital part of our Charity’s values and with this in mind TheGivingMachine has made the decision to move to a 4 day working week.
Our team work really hard to support the work we do, and we believe that by offering this 4 day working week we can help create a better work/life balance for them.
Our new working week will be Monday to Thursday, so we all get to enjoy a long weekend every week.
What does this mean to our customers?
Although our working week will be shorter, we will still be working really hard to continue the good work our Charity does in supporting all good UK causes with their fundraising.
Causes – You will still receive fantastic support with your fundraising and we are still 100% committed in assisting you in raising as much as possible. We will be on hand to assist you from Monday to Thursday. Any correspondence received on Friday will be dealt with the following Monday. Our platform contains lots of information and assets to assist you, make sure you take a look.
Supporters – You can still continue to use our website to support your cause and raise donations for them whenever you want to. If you have any queries, we will be on hand to answer them for you from Monday to Thursday and you can message us on Friday and we will pick this up on the following Monday and assist you with your query then.
Businesses – We are very committed to growing our relationships with retailers and other businesses to help raise funds for good causes. We will continue to offer the same services to you but instead of Monday to Friday this will be available Monday to Thursday, but rest assured the service you receive will not alter.
